Bakalářská práce poskytuje ucelený přehled novorozeneckého laboratorního screeningu v České republice a přibližuje počet screenovaných chorob v okolních evropských státech. Práce popisuje historii a význam vzniku screeningu, metodický návod k jeho zajištění, informuje o vyšetřovaných onemocněních a následné péči při pozitivní diagnostice nemoci. Součástí práce jsou výsledky laboratorního screeningu v ČR za rok 2009 a 2010.The Bachelor thesis provides a comprehensive overview of neonatal laboratory screening in the Czech Republic and brings the amount of screened diseases in neighboring European countries. The thesis describes the history and the importance of origin of screening, methodical instructions for its ensuring, informs about examinate diseases and the subsequent care in a positive diagnosis of the disease. Part of this work are the results of laboratory screening in the Czech Republic in 2009 and 2010.
