Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku úrazů parenchymatózních orgánů břicha u dětí v Jihomoravském kraji. Byl použit kvantitativní výzkum. Hlavním cílem bylo pomocí retrospektivní analýzy získaných dat z dokumentace pacientů určit skupinu dětí, která je nejvíce ohrožená těmito úrazy. Výsledky práce jsou podkladem pro zaměření cílené prevence na rizikovou skupinu dětí. Bylo zjištěno, že nejvíce úrazů sleziny, jater a slinivky postihlo cyklisty chlapce ve věku 5 - 19 let ve III. čtvrtletí. Preventivní program bude podle návrhu realizován ve spolupráci s Nadačním fondem dětské traumatologie "Modrý hroch".The Bachelor's thesis explores the problem of injuries of parenchymatous organs in abdomens of children in the South Moravian Region. Quantitative research was used. The main aim was, with the use of the retrospective analysis of the data acquired from the documentation of patients, to determine the group of children which is the most liable to these injuries. The results of the analysis are a basis for directing directed prevention at a group of children which is endangered the most. It was discovered that the greatest number of injuries of spleen, liver and pancreas was inflicted on boys - cyclists at the ages of 5 - 19 in the third quarter of the year. A prevention program will be, on the basis of a proposal, implemented in cooperation with the Endowment fund for children's traumatology "Modrý hroch".
