Bakalářská práce zkoumá teoretické znalosti a zvyklostí všeobecných zdravotních sester na specializovaných pracovištích při péči o pacienty s monitorováním nitrolebního tlaku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku měření intrakraniálního tlaku. Jsou zde shrnuty informace o příčinách nitrolební hypertenze, způsobech měření nitrolebního tlaku a technice zavádění ICP katétrů. Druhá, výzkumná část interpretuje výsledky průzkumného šetření. Poskytuje informace o teoretických znalostech zdravotních sester v oblasti monitorování nitrolebního tlaku. Tato bakalářská práce bude přínosem pro nastupující absolventy a sestry v praxi s usnadněním manipulace a vyhodnocováním měřeného nitrolebního tlaku.Bachelor thesis examines the theoretical knowledge and practice of general nurses in specialized facilities for the care of patients with intracranial pressure monitoring. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of measuring intracranial pressure. It summarizes information on the causes of intracranial hypertension, intracranial pressure measurement methods and technology, the introduction of the ICP catheter.The second part interprets the research results of an exploratory investigation.Provides information on the theoretical knowledge of nurses in the monitoring of intracranial pressure. This work will contribute to emerging graduates and nurses with experience in facilitating the handling and evaluation of measured intracranial pressure.
