Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu Komunitní tlumočník jako nedílná součást sociální práce s cizinci s cílem prezentovat metodu komunitního tlumočení a možné využití služeb kompetentního komunitního tlumočníka při poskytování sociálního poradenství sociálními pracovníky v nevládních neziskových organizacích v České republice (uplatněno pro cizince, kteří využívají sociálního poradenství v neziskových organizacích a nejsou schopni se dorozumět českým jazykem). Teoretická část je věnována prezentaci komunitního tlumočení a výzkumná část zpracovaným rozhovorům se sociálními pracovníky a jejich názorům na komunitní tlumočníky. Na základě provedeného šetření mezi sociálními pracovníky v neziskových organizacích bylo zjištěno, že sociální pracovníci služby komunitního tlumočníka by rádi využívali, jen je potřeba mít jasně stanovená pravidla a kompetence jeho služeb.The thesis deals with the topic The community interpreting as an integral part of social work with foreigners to present a method of community interpreting and possibly using the services of a competent interpreter of the community in the providing social counseling by social workers in the non-profit organizations in the Czech republic (applied to foreigners who use social counseling in non-profit organizations and they are not able to understand and speak Czech language. The theoretical part is devoted to presenting the community interpreting and the research section is devoted to interviews with social workers and their opinions of community interpreters. Based on qualitative research methods and interviews with social workers in non-profit organizations, it was found that social workers would like to use services of community interpreters, but they need to have the clear rules and competences of these services.
