Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na současnou informovanost u nemocných, kteří prodělali akutní pankreatitidu. Informace od nemocných byly získány zpracováním vyplněných dotazníků. Respondenti jsou nemocní, kteří akutní pankreatitidu skutečně prodělali a byli léčeni za hospitalizace. Jde o náhodný vzorek nemocných, kteří navštěvují gastroenterologické ambulance v Karviné a v Orlové a byli ochotni a schopni samostatně písemně vyplnit dotazník. Prvním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjištění souvislosti mezi životním stylem, stravovacími návyky a vznikem akutní pankreatitidy. Druhým cílem bylo zjištění úrovně informovanosti nemocných o akutní pankreatitidě. Třetím cílem bylo zjistit, zda respondenti po prodělané akutní pankreatitidě dodržují léčebná opatření a dietní režim po tomto onemocnění. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část ve zkrácené formě popisuje problematiku akutní pankreatitidy, včetně diagnostiky, léčby a ošetřovatelské péče o tyto nemocné. Praktická část analyzuje výsledky dotazníků.The thesis is focused on the current awareness of patients who have had acute pancreatitis. Information were obtained from patients by the complete questionnaires processing. Respondents are patients who had really suffered an acute pancreatitis and were treated in hospital. This is a random sample of patients attending gastroenterology clinics in Karviná and Orlová and were willing and able to complete a written questionnaire independently. The first purpose of this thesis was to establish connections between lifestyle, eating habits and the genesis of acute pancreatitis. The second purpose was to determine the level of patients´ awareness of acute pancreatitis. The third purpose was to find out whether respondents with a history of acute pancreatitis follow therapeutical measures and respect dietary regimen for this disease. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the problem of acute pancreatitis, including diagnosis, treatment and nursing care for these patients in the short form. The practical part analyzes the results of the questionnaires.
