Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zdravého životního stylu v klimakteriu. Cílem práce bylo podat přehled informací o klimakteriu. V práci byla podrobněji zpracována témata o vlivu životního stylu ženy v klimakteriu na její zdraví. Práce uvádí poznatky o možnosti hormonální a alternativní léčby klimakteria a také poukazuje na jednotlivé psychosociální důsledky klimakteria.This bachelor thesis is aimed at problems regarding the healthy life style in the period of climacterium. The objective of this thesis was to provide a summary of information about climacterium. In this paper there are included subjects about the influence of the life style of women in climacterium on their health in detail. The thesis shows findings about treating climacterium by the hormone and alternative way and also points to particular psychosocial consequences of climacterium.
