Tématem bakalářské práce je spinální anestezie při císařském řezu. V teoretické části je popsána historie spinální anestezie, anatomie páteře, indikace, kontraindikace, výhody, nevýhody, farmakologie SA při SC, předoperační péče a péče o rodičku během a po operačním výkonu, včetně možných komplikací spojených se spinální anestezií. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit informovanost rodiček o spinální anestezii, spokojenost s průběhem tohoto typu anestezie při SC, výskyt komplikací a jejich řešení. Průzkumné šetření proběhlo na oddělení šestinedělí ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc formou anonymního dotazníku. Výsledky byly zpracovány do grafů a tabulek, kde jsou uvedeny absolutní a relativní hodnotyThe subject of this graduation these is a spinal anaesthesia for caesarean section. The theoretical part contains the history of spinal anaesthesia, anatomy of the spine, indications, contraindications, advantages, disadvantages, pharmocology of spinal anaesthesia for caesarean section, pre- and postoperative care of the patient, including complications arising from spinal anaesthesia. The aim of the practical part was to determine patients´ extent of information on spinal anaesthesia, satisfaction with this type of anaesthesia, occurence of complications and their resolution. The research was done at the puerperial ward, Teaching hospital in Olomouc, by anonymous questionnaires. The results were processed into the form of graphs containing absolute and relative values.
