Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vlhké terapie ran u osob s diabetickou nohou ve stádiu granulace. Cílem práce bylo vyhledat relevantní informace o etiologii a patofyziologii syndromu diabetické nohy. Druhým cílem práce bylo předložit poznatky o komplexní terapii syndromu diabetické nohy a o vlhké terapii ran. Zejména se zaměřením na funkce, druhy materiálů, indikace a nežádoucí účinky vlhké terapie. Posledním cílem bylo vyhledat relevantní informace o vlhké terapii se zaměřením na materiály vhodné u osob s diabetickou nohou ve stádiu granulace, jejich popis a aplikace.Overview thesis deals with mois wound therapy in patients with diabetic foot in the granulation stage. The aim was to find relevant information about the etiology and pathophysiology of the diabetic foot. The second objective was to provide information on the comprehensive treatment of diabetic foot wounds and moist therapy. Especially focusing on the functions, type sof materials, indications and adverse effects of wet therapy. The last objective was to find relevant information about the wet treatment, focusing on materials suitable for people with diabetic foot in the granulation stage, their description and application.
