Tato bakalářská práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá faktory ovlivňujícími indikaci k replantaci, předoperačními opatřeními (zajištěním amputátu a časovými limity pro teplou a studenou ischemii) a vlastním operačním průběhem replantace. Cílem replantace není obnova celistvosti poranění koncetiny, ale obnova její funkce, kterou se zabývá praktická část, věnovaná léčebné rehabilitaci. Léčebná rehabilitace po replantaci zahrnuje fyzikální terapii, kinezioterapii a další metody umožnující návrat funkce. Postup rehabilitační péče je utvářen na základě výsledku kineziologického a neurologického vyšetření. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny možnosti hodnocení funkčního výsledku replantace. Součástí praktické části je kazuistika.This bachelor thesis deals in its theoretical part with the factors influencing the indication for replantation, preoperative steps (treatment of an amputated limb and the time limits for warm and cold ischemia) and the actual course of the operation when performing replantation. The aim of replantation is not the restoration of the integrity of an injured limb,but the restoration of its functions which is dealt with in the practical section focused on medical rehabilitation. The medical rehabilitation after replantation involves physical therapy, kinesitherapy and other methods allowing the restoration of the limb function. The rehabilitation procedure is determined based on the results of kinesiological and neurological examination. The conclusion of this paper lists the possible methods of the evaluation of the replantation functional results. The practical part also includes case studies.
