Tato práce podává literární přehled o využití atomové spektrometrie ke stanovení specií prvků. Uvádí definice a pojmy speciační analýzy. Charakterizuje vlastnosti, výskyt a toxicitu vybraných prvků. This thesis deals with the possibilities of using the atomic spectrometry to determine the species of elements. Definitions and terms of speciation analysis are determined and the properties, frequency and toxicity of some selected elements are characterised in the thesis. The basic principles of methods used in determining the species of elements are described. The conclusion of the thesis summarises the possibilities of using the atomic absorption spectrometry for the speciation of some selected metals in various matrices (blood serum, milk, peat, water samples) using various atomising techniques.
