Bakalářská práce se zaměří na srovnání vývoje literární formy balady v německé a české literatuře v v období na rozhraní 18. a 19. století. Krátce bude shrnut dějinný vývoj této formy, samotná analýza se ovšem zaměří v prvé řadě na zmíněné období, ve kterém došlo k prudkému rozkvětu balady v německé literatuře, rok 1797 bývá v sekundární literatuře dokonce často označován pojmem ?Balladenjahr?. Současně lze vypozorovat vzrůstající oblibu této literární formy v kontextu české literatury. Nezřídka je možné konstatovat shodný námět i paralely ve formálním zpracování. Jako jeden z ilustrativních příkladů bude v práci analyzována Bürgerova balada ?Lenore? ve srovnání s Erbenovou baladou ?Svatební košile?. Cílem práce je poukázat na vývojové shody a diference mezi německou a českou literaturou v období ?kodifikace? balady jako samostatné literární formy.In my bachelor thesis I will focus on the comparison of the development of the literary form of ballad in the German and Czech literature in the end of the 18th Century and the beginning of the 19th Century. I will briefly summarize the historical development of ballad's form, however in the analysis itself I will focus on the period between the centuries, which is important for its rapid flourish in the German literature. The year 1797 is very often marked with the term ?Balladenjahr?. At the same time there was a noticeable growth of popularity of this literary form in the context of the Czech literature. Not seldom are we able to state the same theme and parallel in the formal elaboration. As one of the illustrative examples I have chosen to analyse Bürger's ballad ?Lenore? in comparison with Erben's ballad ?Svatební košile? (Wedding Shirt). The main aim of this thesis is to point at the differences between the German and Czech literature in the period of ?codification? of ballad as a separate literary form.
