Spondylolistéza je diagnóza, která se používá pro označení patologického stavu páteře, kdy dochází k ventrálnímu posunu obratlového těla vzhledem k sousednímu, distálně ležícímu obratlovému tělu a je spojena s chronickými bolestmi zad, často s projekcí do dolních končetin. V této práci jsou shrnuty poznatky o anatomii a kineziologii páteře a základní informace o spondylolistéze. Speciální část práce obsahuje souhrn aktuálních poznatků z léčebné rehabilitace jak po chirurgickém řešení, tak i rehabilitaci v rámci konzervativní léčby, která je v poslední době upřednostňována. Součástí práce je také kazuistika pacienta s diagnózou spondylolistézy, jenž byl léčen konzervativním způsobem.Spondylolisthesis is a diagnosis which is used to describe a pathological status of the spine, where there is a ventral shift of the vertebral body due to a neighboring lying distal vertebral body and is connected with chronic back pain, often with the projection to the lower extremities. This thesis summarizes the findings of the spinal anatomy and kinesiology, and basic information about spondylolisthesis. The special part of the thesis contains a summary of current knowledge of rehabilitation after a surgery as well as a rehabilitation within a conservative treatment, which has been preferred lately. The thesis also includes a casuistry of the patient with spondylolisthesis diagnose who was cured in a conservative way.
