Pes planovalgus je deformita nohy řazená mezi deformitu vzniklou v růstovém období, kdy dochází k pohlesu mediální klenby s valgózním postavením paty. Bakalářská práce se zabývá plochonožím v dětském věku s důrazem na pokles podélné klenby. Hlavním tématem je flexibilní plochonoží - pes planovalgus. Práce popisuje možnosti diagnostiky využívané jak u nás, tak v zahraničí. Pojednává o současných algoritmech diagnostiky a léčby. Shrnuje možné postupy a metody kinezioterapie vhodné k léčbě chodidla i k nápravě celkového držení ovlivněného plochou nohou.Pes planovagus is the foot deformity ranked among the deformity of the foot occurring in the growth period resulting in the decrease of the medial arch with valgus heel position. The thesis deals with the flatfoot in childhood with an emphasis on the decrease of the longitudinal arch of the foot. The main topic is the flexible flatfoot - pes planovalgus. The thesis describes the diagnostics possibilities used both in our country and abroad. It discusses the current diagnostics and treatment algorithms. It also summarizes the possible procedures and methods of kinesiotherapy, which can be used to treat foot dysfunction and also for correction of the overall posture affected by the flatfoot.
