Tato práce se zabývá historií fotbalu ve městě Jihlava od počátku minulého století až do dnešní doby. Zachycuje činnost obou velkých klubů fungujících v tomto městě od roku 1910, resp. 1948. Popisuje jejich činnost až do roku 1995, kdy došlo k jejich spojení a poté se věnuje vzniku a činnosti jediného fotbalového klubu, v současnosti pod názvem FC Vysočina Jihlava.This work focuses on the history of football in the town of Jihlava from the beginning of the last century up to now. It depicts the activities of both big clubs existing in this town from 1910, resp.1948. It concentrates on their activity up to 1995 when both of them merged and then it is concerned with the work of the only football club at present called FC Vysočina Jihlava.
