Tato práce se zabývá využitím respirační fyzioterapie v předoperační a pooperační fázi léčby pacientů po operaci v kardiologii a pneumologii. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé techniky respirační fyzioterapie. Práce přibližuje také nejčastější operační přístupy do hrudní dutiny, techniky typických operací plicní tkáně, operační řešení ischemické choroby srdeční a chlopenních vad. Jsou zde shrnuty dosavadní poznatky o využitelnosti normobarické a hyperbarické oxygenoterapie v kardiologii a pneumologii. V úvodu jsou zařazeny základní anatomicko ? fyziologické poznatky o strukturách důležitých pro respirační fyzioterapii. Je zde popsána kinematika hrudníku. Práce poukazuje na to, že respirační fyzioterapie je důležitou součástí komplexní předoperační i pooperační péče o kardiologické a pneumologické pacienty.This paper deals with the application of respiratory physiotherapy in the preoperative and postoperative stages of treatment of patients undergoing surgery in cardiology and pneumology. It describes various techniques of respiratory physiotherapy. The paper also deals with the most common surgical entries into the thoracic cavity, the techniques of typical surgeries of lung tissue, surgical treatment of ischemic heart disease and valvular defects. It summarizes current knowledge on the usability of normobaric and hyperbaric oxygen therapy in cardiology and pneumology. In the introduction there is a summary of the basic anatomical-physiological knowledge regarding the structures vital for respiratory physiotherapy. It also describes thorax kinematics. The paper shows that respiratory physiotherapy forms a significant part of the comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care of patients in cardiology and pneumology.
