Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vergence, akomodace a jejich vzájemným vztahem. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis a funkci vergenčního a akomodačního aparátu. Dále uvádí složky vergence a akomodace, jejich základní veličiny a možnosti jejich vyšetření. Také se věnuje AC/A a CA/C poměru a vlivu na okohybné odchylky. Závěr teoretické studie je zaměřen na provázanost refrakčních vad a akomodačně-vergenčních vztahů. Praktická část studie zkoumá měření AC/A poměru podle Mallettovy a gradientní metody s využitím různých testů.The Bachelor?s Thesis deals with the issue of vergence, accommodation, and their mutual relationships. The theoretical part focuses on description and function of the vergence and accommodation apparatus. It also describes components of vergence and accommodation, their basic values and possibilities of their investigation. It also deals with the AC/A and CA/C ratio and their effects on extraocular deviations. Conclusion of the theoretical study is focused on cohesion of refractive errors and accommodative-vergence relations. The practical part of this Thesis examines measurement of the AC/A ratio under the Mallett and gradient methods applying different tests.
