Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na úžinové syndromy v oblasti ramene, z nichž zejména na dva nejčastěji přítomné ? úžinový syndrom nervus suprascapularis a syndrom horní hrudní apertury. Je zde rozebrána jak patofyziologie těchto onemocnění, tak jejich průkazné testování. Dále práce obsahuje vyšetřovací metody a souhrn léčebných rehabilitačních postupů, které lze využít při diagnostice a následné terapii.This bachelor thesis is focused on entrapment syndromes in the shoulder region, mainly the two most frequent ones ? nervus suprascapularis entrapment neuropathy and thoracic outlet syndrome. There is the analysis of both pathophysiology of these disorders and their confirmative testing. The thesis contains the diagnostic methods and a summary of the rehabilitation approaches which are at our disposal to use in the therapy.
