Bakalářská práce shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o astigmatismu a současné trendy jeho vyšetřování a korekce. Teoretická část se jako první zabývá pojmem astigmatismu, především jeho definicí a rozdělením. Následuje část věnovaná vyšetření astigmatismu. Poslední kapitola teoretické části pojednává o korekci astigmatismu. Praktická část představuje případovou studii korekce nepravidelného astigmatismu pomocí brýlových, měkkých kontaktních a RGP čoček. Jejím cílem je jednotlivé způsoby korekce porovnat a vybrat nejvhodnější variantu.Bachelor thesis summarizes the knowledge of astigmatism and current trends in the examination and correction. First, the theoretical part deals with the term of astigmatism, especially its definition and division. The following section is about the examination of astigmatism. The last chapter discusses about the correction of astigmatism. The practical part presents a case study of correction of irregular astigmatism with spectacle, RGP and soft contact lenses. Its aim is to compare different ways of correction and choose the most appropriate option.
