Cílem bakalářské práce je testovat indukci androgeneze prašníkových kultur ječmene za použití různých stresových podmínek in vitro. Teoretická část se zabývá souhrnem současných poznatků o tématice oxidačního stresu u rostlin a procesu androgeneze. V praktické části jsou pomocí nativní elektroforézy v polyakrylamidovém gelu porovnány změny ve složení izozymů antioxidačních enzymů při různých podmínkách indukčního stresu.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to test the induction of androgenesis in anther cultures of barley with using different stress conditions in vitro. The theoretical part deals with a summary of current knowledge about the topic of oxidative stress in plants and androgenesis process. The practical part includes comparation of changes of antioxidant enzymes by using PAGE during the induction of various stress conditions.
