Obsahem této práce je komparace hlavních zpravodajských relací komerčních televizních stanic TV Nova, TV Prima a Z1. Obsahuje porovnání tematické struktury jejich zpravodajství a dále analyzuje tematicky shodné příspěvky daných televizních stanic podle vybraných kvantitativních kritérií. Analýza sleduje jedenáct vybraných aspektů, například poskytnutý časový prostor událostem, počet reportérů, kteří se na reportážích podíleli nebo lidí, kterým byl věnován prostor pro jejich vyjádření. Z práce je zřejmá odlišnost televizních stanic v přístupu ke stejným událostem či k výběru zpráv podle důležitosti a je zřejmá tematika, na jakou se stanice zaměřují.The content of this thesis is the comparison of the main television news in commercial television stations such as TV Nova, TV Prima and Z1.The thesis contains the comparison of thematic structure of stations´ newscast and it also analyses thematicaly same repotrts of given television stations according to the quantitative criterions. The analysis follows eleven chosen aspects eg. time space given to the news, ammount of reporters who took part in reports or people who had been given opportunity to express themselves in the report. The thesis shows the televison stations dissimilarity in attitude to same reports or in the news choice according to their importance and the theme upon which the televisions focus is clear.
