The drug addiction today is one of the most topical problems of the last years. The drug addiction problem is to be more and more discussed and it is not a taboo anymore. It is important to be informed about narcotics, to speak about it and to stress its impact and for this we have to have the most reliable information possible. The main goal of my bachelor dissertation is to specify the impact of a fierce child and a teenager on the family and to describe the function of social work for the child and young drug addicts in the ambit of family therapy The impact on a family the members of which are drug addicts are socially important and traumatic for the rest of the family. This problem affects the whole family and it is a hard proof for all of them. Every user, during his drug career, loses something be it spoiled relationships in the family, loss of friends or health problems. The family therapy is mostly used to resolve the drug addiction problem of children and teenagers, which can be done with a single individual, with a couple, with more members of the family or with the whole family. In this case it is important to collaborate with the whole family because the problem can be inside the family, it is important to find it out and help the child so effectively that it has no longer need for drugs.
