Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat podnebí města Vsetína, ve třech dekádách 1981 ? 1990, 1991 ? 2000 a 2001 ? 2010, na základě staničního měření ČHMÚ a ZŠ Rokytnice. Podnebí měst je utvářeno specifickými aktivními povrchy, antropogenní činností. Ty působí na modifikaci klimatických poměrů, především teploty vzduchu. Nejzřetelněji je tento fakt patrný u teploty vzduchu. Porovnáním měření na obou výše zmíněných stanicích byly potvrzeny rozdíly v teplotních poměrech, úhrnu srážek, rychlosti a směru větru. Tyto rozdíly je možné přičíst nejen vlivu městské zástavby, ale také orografii. Operativně byla prostorová variabilita teploty vzduchu na příkladu Vsetína popsána pomocí metody mobilních měření, která umožnila bližší náhled na danou problematiku.The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to describe the climate of the town of Vsetín in three decades 1981 ? 1990, 1991 ? 2000, 2001 ? 2010, based on the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute and the Rokytnice basic school weather station measurements. The climate in towns is created by specific active surfaces and anthropogenic activity. These modify climactic conditions, mainly air temperature. This fact is most significantly noticeable with air temperature. Comparisons of measurements at both of the above-mentioned places confirmed differences in temperature conditions, in rainfall totals, and in wind speeds and directions. These differences may be attributed not only to the influence of the urban build-up areas but also to orography. The variability of the air temperature from place to place was operatively described in the example of the town of Vsetín, using a mobile measurement method, which enabled a more detailed outlook of the issue.
