Záverečná bakalárska práca je venovaná téme psychického teroru na pracovisku - mobbingu. Cieľom práce je popísať procesy mobbingu na pracovisku. Konkrétne zachytenie jeho prejavov, možnosti diagnostiky, stanovenie rizikových skupín osôb. Ďalej je to naznačenie obrany v podobe: primárnej (predchádzanie mobbingu), sekundárnej (riešenie mobbingu) a terciálnej (zmierňovanie dopadov). V neposlednom rade poukázanie na možnosti právnej ochrany na Slovensku.This Bachelor thesis is devoted to the theme of psychological terror at the workplace - mobbing. The objective of this thesis is to describe the processes of mobbing at the workplace, by specifically detailing its manifestations, its diagnostic possibilities and identifying groups of people at risk. Furthermore, it indicates forms of defence: primary (prevention of mobbing), secondary (addressing the issue) and tertiary (impact mitigation). Lastly, it demonstrates the possibility of legal protection in Slovakia.
