Hlavním předmětem celé práce je problematika motivace pracovníků v prostředí konkrétního motivačního systému. Text je členěn do dvou částí. Teoretická část vymezuje tématiku motivace v kontextu řízení lidských zdrojů s důrazem na strategické pojetí. Popisuje stěžejní motivační teorie. V praktické části je představena firma XY s.r.o. s předmětem její činnosti a historií. Následuje detailní popis motivačního systému, vycházející z metod BSC a MBO, který je poté analyzován na podkladě teoretických východisek první části.Main subject of the work is an issue of employees motivation within a particular motivation system. The text is divided in two parts. The theory part defines subject matter of motivation within context of human resource management with emphasis on strategic concept. Main motivation theories are described as well. The practice part introduces XY s.r.o. company (Ltd), its branch of activity and history. It is followed by a detailed description of BSC and MBO based motivation system, which is then analysed on the strength of theoretical starting points given in the first part of the work.
