Práca sa zaoberá adaptáciou pracovníkov na pracovné prostredie organizácie, na organizačnú kultúru a na prácu. Cieľom práce je vypracovať návrh adaptačného programu pre Výpočtové stredisko SAV. Začína širším teoretickým ukotvením, determinovaním dôležitých pojmov, ktoré súvisia s adaptáciou pracovníkov. Ďalej popisuje teóriu adaptácie pracovníkov, jej zaradenie v systéme riadenia ľudských zdrojov a v systéme firemného vzdelávanie V poslednej časti tejto kapitoly autor popisuje dôležitosť a zásady tvorby adaptačného programu. V ďalšej kapitole sa popisujú metódy, ktorými sa môže adaptácia vykonávať. Posledné dve kapitoly sa zaoberajú zavedením adaptačného programu do prostredia Výpočtového strediska SAV.The diploma thesis deals with the adaptation of employees on workplace in organization, on the organizational culture and work. The aim of this work is to create an adaptation program for Computing Centre of the SAS. Begins with a broader theoretical anchorage, by determining important concepts related to the adaptation of employees. Furthermore, it discusses the theory of adaptation of workers, its inclusion in the management of human resources and corporate education system. In the last part of this chapter the author describes the importance and principles of adaptation programs. The next chapter describes the methods which can perform adaptation. The last two chapters deal with the introduction of adaptation to the environment of the Computing Center of the SAS.
