Diplomová práce analyzuje problematiku vzniku závislosti z bio-psycho-sociálního a biologického pohledu, dále se zaměřuje na vznik, projevy a léčení závislosti z odborného hlediska u nejzneužívanějších drog. Další část diplomová práce popisuje komunitu Cenacolo. Po historii komunity se zabývá průběhem vstupu do komunity, tzv, kolokvia, bezprostřední vstup do komunity, život v komunitě a zamýšlí se nad potenciálem, který komunita nabízí při léčbě závislostí. Další kapitola srovná účinné faktory skupinové psychoterapie, které uvádí Yalom, s komunitou Cenacolo.The diploma thesis analyses problems of the addiction origin from a bio-psycho-social and neuro-biological point of view. Hereafter it focuses on origin, manifestations and cure of addiction from a specialist view in the case of the most abused drugs. Another part of the thesis describes the Cenacolo community. In short it touches the Cenacolo history. The thesis takes down the community admission in general (the colloquiums), the concrete community admission and everyday community life as well. The potential, that the community can offer for an addiction treatment, is another important topic. Next chapter compares effective factors of the group therapy proposed by Yalom with that of the Cenacolo community.
