Cílem této práce je dotknout se problému týkajícího se stereotypů, které panují v naší společnosti o výchově dětí a střídavé výchově. V jednotlivých kapitolách je představena střídavá péče v rámci české legislativy, její výhody a nevýhody, dále pak rozvody a rozvodovost v ČR, rodina a její vývoj, role otcovství a mateřství, gender a genderové stereotypy, které panují v naší společnosti. V poslední kapitole je na konkrétních případech uvedeno, jak tyto stereotypy fungují ve společnosti. Závěr práce pak shrnuje zjištěné poznatky.The goal of this work is to get into the problem of stereotypes about upbringing the children and shared parenting, that appear in our society. In each chapter, several topics are introduced, such as the shared parenting within the czech legislature and its advantages and disadvantages, divorcement in the Czech republic, family and its evolution, the role of paternity and maternity and finally gender and gender stereotypes of our society. In the last chapter, the particular cases indicates how the stereotypes work in the society. The very ending summarises the observations.
