Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Jochmannovou Integrální andragogikou a polskými inspiračními zdroji, které mohly Vladimíra Jochmanna ovlivnit při jejím konstituování. Cílem této diplomové práce je pak výběr autorů, sestavení výběrové skupiny autorů a jejich stěžejních děl a komparace jejich myšlenek s myšlenkami Vladimíra Jochmanna. V první polovině této práce se věnuji obecnému pojetí andragogiky v České republice, vysvětlení některých pojmů, jež andragogika specificky interpretuje, Jochmannově pojetí výchovy a Jochmannově integrální andragogice. Druhá polovina je již zaměřena na polské autory a na nástin jejich myšlenkových prolnutí s Vladimírem Jochmannem.This diploma thesis deals with Jochmann?s Integral Adult education and polish inspiratory sources, which could have influenced Vladimir Jochmann during its constitution. The aim of this diploma thesis is a choice of authors, compilation of group of selected authors and their fundamental work and comparison of their ideas with Vladimir Jochmann?s thoughts. The first half of this work is devoted to general conception of adult education in Czech Republic, explanation of some terms, which are specifically interpreted in adult?s education, Jochmann?s approach to education and to Jochmann?s integral adult education. The second half already concerns on polish authors and outline of their ideas permeation with Vladimir Jochmann.
