Bakalářská diplomová práce je zaměřena na mužskou infertilitu ? zjišťuje, zda je možné prokázat souvislost mezi zvýšenou psychickou zátěží a zhoršenou kvalitou spermatu. Ke sběru dat byla použita Škála nemocniční úzkosti a deprese HADS, která obsahuje subškálu anxiety a subškálu deprese. Pro posouzení kvality spermatu byla použita data získaná na základě vyšetření spermatu (spermiogramu). Kvalita spermatu je hodnocena na základě tří parametrů: celkové koncentrace spermií, procenta pohyblivých spermií z celkové koncentrace a procenta nedefektních spermií. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda existuje statisticky významná závislost mezi mírou anxiety či deprese dle HADS a kvalitou spermatu.Bachelor thesis focuses on male infertility - determines whether it is possible to establish a link between increased psychological stress and poor quality of semen. The data we used Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale HADS, which includes subscales for anxiety and depression subscales. To assess the quality of semen is based on data obtained by examination of the semen (sperm). Sperm quality is evaluated based on three parameters: total sperm concentration, percentage of total motile sperm concentration and percentage of sperm without defect. The aim was to determine whether there is a statistically significant correlation between the level of anxiety or depression according to HADS and semen quality.
