Tématem této bakalářské diplomové práce je přistěhovalecká politika Velké Británie se zaměřením na změny v multikulturním modelu v přístupu k přistěhovalcům. Práce je koncipována jako jedinečná případová studie. Cílem práce je vytvořit obraz fungování multikulturalismu, postihnout změny, ke kterým v konceptu multikulturalismu došlo po roce 2002 a posoudit, zda tyto změny byly úspěšné. Jako indikátor pro posouzení slouží zaměstnanost různých skupin imigrantů. Ověřované hypotézy měly prokázat, že nová restriktivní vládní opatření jsou ukazateli změn multikulturního modelu a že tyto změny měly vliv na příliv imigrantů do země.The theme of the bachelor diploma thesis is the Immigration Politics in Great Britain with the emphasis on the changes of the attitude to immigrants with the bounds of the multicultural model. The thesis is outlined as a unique case study. The aim of the work is to set up the concept of multiculturalism and cover the changes of its concept after the year 2002. At the same time it will be examined if the changes were succesful. As an indicator is used the rate of employment od diverse groups of immigrants. The verified hypothesis has to show that the the new restrictive governmental measure are the indicators of the changes of the multicultural model and that the changes have impact on the inflow of immigrants.
