Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem na trhu práce v okrese Brno - venkov od roku 1989. Pozornost je věnována vývoji a změnám ve struktuře zaměstnanosti. Podstatná část práce je věnována popisu vývoje nezaměstnanosti od roku 1990 a podrobnější analýze jejího vývoje v roce 2010. Detailněji se zabývá strukturou uchazečů o zaměstnání v letech 2008 až 2010. Další kapitoly se zabývají jednak skupinami osob hůře umístitelnými na trhu práce a také vývojem zaměstnanosti cizinců v okrese Brno - venkov v letech 1996 až 2010. Závěr práce řeší vztah zázemí k městu Brnu z hlediska dojížďky za prací a naznačuje budoucí vývoj na trhu práce.This Diploma thesis deals with the job market development in the district of Brno - venkov since 1989. The attention is focused on the trends and changes in the structure of employment rate. The major part of this work is devoted to the description of the development of unemployment rate since 1990 and furthermore it provides more complex analysis of its trend in 2010. It deals with the structure of job applicants in 2008 - 2010 in detail. Next chapters are focused on groups of people who are hard-to-place at the job market and the trends of employment rate of foreigners in the district of Brno - venkov in 1996 - 2010. The conclusion solves the relation of background to the city Brno in the terms of commuting and additionally it estimates the future trends of the job market.
