Hlavním tématem diplomové práce jsou motorkáři jako sociální skupina a jejich subkultura. Cílem teoretické části je vypracovat na základě studia odborné literatury přehled o tom, co jsou sociální skupiny, jaká je jejich typologie, co zahrnuje subkultura a volný čas. V úvodu byly stanoveny výzkumné otázky týkající se této problematiky. Praktická část zahrnuje výzkum zaměřený na uvedenou sociální skupinu, který byl proveden metodami sociologického výzkumu a jehož výsledkem je charakteristika uvedené sociální skupiny a její subkultura. Ke zjištění výsledků byly použity techniky pozorování, rozhovor a především anketa, jejíž výsledky potvrdily či vyvrátily v úvodu stanovené výzkumné otázky.The main topic of the thesis are motorcyclists as a social group and their subculture. The aim of the theoretical part is to work up the abstract about social groups and their typology, about subculture and leisure time, all this with support of the scientific literature. The introduction involves research questions concerning the problem. The practical section involves the research aimed at the mentioned social group. A few methods of social research were used and the result is the characterization of the mentioned social group and its subculture. To ascertain outcome of the research there were used the following techniques - observation, interview and mainly the questionnaire. The results of this questionnaire proved or disproved the research questions stated in the introduction.
