Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku četby a komunikace jedinců se sluchovou ztrátou. Sleduje kvalitu čítanek pro sluchově postižené používaných ve školách a zachycuje úroveň jejich jazykové obtížnosti. Dále srovnává jazykovou obtížnost textů čítanek s texty originálních děl.The M. A. thesis focuses on problems of reading and communication of pupils with loss of hearing. It examines the quality of readers used at schools for the hearing -impaired and detects the level of their language difficulty. Furthermore, it compares the level of their language difficulty with the original texts.
