Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám výslechem z pohledu kriminalistické teorie a praxe, tedy jednou z významných kriminalisticko-taktických metod. Úvodní část obsahuje základní charakteristiku výslechu a jednotlivé druhy výslechu, které kvůli své specifičnosti vyžadují odlišný přístup vyslýchajícího. Ve stěžejní části je postižen celý proces získávání výpovědi tak, jak je prováděn v kriminalistické praxi, který je regulován právem a výrazně ovlivněn forenzní psychologií. Tedy od počáteční fáze, kterou představuje důkladná příprava vyslýchajícího, přes jednotlivá stadia výslechu, základní taktické postupy, až po náležitosti dokumentace výslechu. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována otázkám přípravy a následně i taktice výslechu.My dissertation is concerned with the interviewing in criminalistic theory and practice, which is one of the most important criminalistic-tactical method. The preambule includes basic characteristic of the interviewing and individual types of the interviewing, that need different care, because of their particularity. The fundamental part deals with the whole process of making statement as it is carried out in criminalistic practice, and which is regulated by law and highly influenced by forensic psychology. The dissertation begins with through lead time activity of investigator, then deals with particular stages of interviewing, basic tactical procedures, and finally the terms of documentatiton. The special attention is paid to essentials of preparing and also tactical procedure of interviewing.
