Diplomová práce se zabývá edukací hemodialyzovaných pacientů. Obsahuje výsledky studie v této oblasti, která byla provedena na základě teoretických poznatků o edukaci v ošetřovatelství a hemodialyzační léčbě. Jako výzkumná metoda byl použit dotazník vlastní konstrukce. Výzkum proběhl na třech vybraných dialyzačních střediscích a zúčastnilo se ho celkem 40 zdravotních sester a 105 pacientů léčených hemodialýzou. Vyvrcholením práce je vytvořený informační materiál pro klienty a edukační standard pro dialyzační střediska, které vznikly na základě výsledků výzkumu, prostudované literatury a autorčiných zkušeností z praxe.This thesis deals with education of hemodialysed patients. It contains results of the study in this field that was performed on the basis of theoretical knowledge of education in nursing and hemodialysis. A questionnaire was used to be the research method. The research was implemented in three selected dialysis centres. Forty nurses and one hundred and five patients treated with hemodialysis participated. As the culmination of the thesis, information material for patients and educational standard for hemodialysis centres were compiled based on the results of the research, literature review and the author´s practice experience.
