Cílem diplomové práce je zmonitorovat učitele a učitelky primárního školství historie a dneška. Společnost si začíná uvědomovat, že kvalitní vzdělání učitelů je nezbytné, a my jsme se pokusili nastínit nelehké začátky učitelského povolání a jeho historický vývoj až po dnešek. Soustředili jsme se na postavení dnešního učitele, jeho podmínky k práci a možnosti dalšího vzdělávání. Nastínili jsme nezbytnost evaluace pedagogů a školství současnosti. V závěru diplomové práce je k této problematice zaměřeno výzkumné šetření.The aim of the thesis is to monitor teachers from primary school in history and nowadays. The society starts to realize that the quality education of teachers is necessary, and we tried to outline the difficult beginnings of the teaching profession and its historical development. We focused on the situation of today's teachers, his conditions for work and opportunities for further education. We also need the evaluation of teachers and education today. In the conclusion of the thesis there is a research focused on this issue.
