V diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou osob zdravotně postižených na trhu práce. Vycházím z popisu trhu práce, přes seznámení se s aktivní politikou zaměstnanosti v ČR, vymezení nezaměstnanosti až ke specifikům osob se zdravotním postižením a podpoře jejich zaměstnávání. Problematika zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižením je zúžena na okres Olomouc, který v další části práce charakterizuji a uvádím jeho silné a slabé stránky, míru nezaměstnanosti a zaměstnanosti a analyzuji nabídku volných pracovních míst, která byla určena pro osoby zdravotně postižené v letech 2008 a 2009.I deal with the problematic of the handicapped people at the labour market in my diploma project. I result from the description of the labour market, through the familiarization to the active politics of employment in the Czech Republic, through the unemployment definition up to the specifics of the handicapped people and their occupation support. The problematic of the employment and unemployment of the handicapped people is narrowed to the Olomouc region which is characterized and its strong and weak sides are shown in the subsequent part of my work. I deal with the employment and unemployment rate and analyze the offer of job vacancies that were provided for the handicapped people the years 2008 and 2009.
