Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat přínos dobrovolnictví na straně uživatele služby a zároveň i z pohledu poskytovatele (dobrovolníka). V teoretické části je popsáno dobrovolnictví všeobecně, jeho role, možnosti a právní rámec. Dále se v této části zaměřujeme na zrakové vady s jejich příčinami i důsledky a konkrétní nabídku služeb neziskových organizací pro osoby se zrakovým postižením. Praktická část zpracovává dotazníkové šetření u klientů a dobrovolníků Tyflocentra Brno. Cílem je porovnat očekávání a skutečnost, najít přínosy a prostor pro zlepšení.The purpose of this thesis is to probe the benefits of the volunteer service from the perspective of the service user and also from the angle of the provider (Volunteer). The theoretical part of this thesis describes work of the volunteers in general, their role and opportunities and the legal framework. Furthermore, this section focuses on the visual defects, their causation and consequences, and introduces the attendance for the visually impaired from the non-profit associations. The practical part presents results of the questionnaire from the clients and the volunteers of Tyflocentrum Brno. The main point is to compare the expectations and reality and to find the benefits and possibilities for improvement.
