Tato práce se zabývá stářím, životním stylem a volnočasovými aktivitami pro seniory. Cílem této práce je pokusit se zjistit, jak stárnoucí populace přistupuje ke svému vlastnímu stárnutí, zda je vývojový trend aktivního životního stylu seniorům blízký a zda je patrný v podvědomí této části populace.This work deals with old age, lifestyle and leisure activities for seniors.
