Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku agresivity a šikany, nemoci skupinové demokracie, z pohledu žáků středních škol. Teoretická část je rozdělená na dvě hlavní témata. Prvním tématem je agresivita (směry, dělení, klasifikace) zaměřená na školní prostředí. Druhé téma řeší otázku šikanování a to z hlediska projevů, příčin, signálů, stádií, prevence a řešení této nemoci. Empirická část se zaměřuje na výskyt agresivního chování a šikany na třech odlišných typech středních škol a na postoj žáků stejného věku, ale různého pohlaví k těmto patologickým projevům chování. Bakalářská práce se týká studentů daných středních škol, přínosem by však měla být hlavně pro pedagogy těchto škol.The thesis is focused on the issue of aggression and bullying, the illnesses of group democracy, from the perspective of students at secondary schools. The theoretical part is divided into two main themes. The first topic is aggression (directions, division, classification) focusing on the school environment. The other one deals with the issue of bullying in terms of the symptoms, causes, signals, stages, prevention and solution of the disease. The empirical part focuses on the incidence of aggressive behaviour and bullying in three different types of secondary schools and on the attitude of students of the same age but opposite sex to these pathological symptoms of behaviour. This thesis concerns students of selected secondary schools. However, it should mainly bring benefits to the teachers.
