Bakalářská práce zpracovává teoretická východiska problematiky výskytu šikany na gymnáziích. Cílem mé práce je nejen představit fenomén šikany, ale také upozornit na příčiny vzniku tohoto negativního jevu a zdůraznit roli prevence. Cílem výzkumné části je zjistit, zda se šikana na českých gymnáziích vyskytuje, zjištěné údaje zpracovat a výsledky porovnat s údaji na rakouských gymnáziích. Výzkum byl realizován na gymnáziích v ČR a Rakousku (Vídeň).This Bachelor thesis proces theoretical solutions of bullying at secondary schools. I intend not only to introduce the phenomenon of bullying but also highlight the causes of this negative phenomenon and emphasize the role of prevention. The aim of the research is to determine whether the bullying occurs at Czech high schools, the findings are processed and the results compared with those in Austrian secondary schools. Research was conducted at secondary schools in the Czech Republic and Austria (Vienna).
