Diplomová práce je řešena v rámci výzkumného záměru MSM 6198959221 ?Pohybová aktivita a inaktivita obyvatel České republiky v kontextu behaviorálních změn?. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit vliv typu bydlení a body mass indexu (BMI) na pohybovou aktivitou vybrané skupiny obyvatel Olomouce. Součástí diplomové práce je ověření použitých metod a technik výzkumu. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem 79 občanů města Olomouce ve věku 20 ? 65 let. Ke sběru dat byl použit standardizovaný mezinárodní dotazník pohybové aktivity IPAQ a akcelerometr ActiGraph.The thesis has been supported by the research project MSM 6198959221 "Physical activity and the inactivity of inhabitants of the Czech Republic in the context of behavioral changes." The main objective was to clarify the influence of the type of housing and body mass index on physical activity on chosen group of Olomouc residents. Part of the thesis is verification of used methods and research techniques. 79 residents of Olomouc aged 20-65 years participated in research. Data were collected using the standardized International Physical Activity questionare IPAQ and accelerometer ActiGraph.
