Diplomová práce se zabývá současnou situací v rodině s autistickým dítětem, zabývá se potřebami rodičů, jejich informovaností, formou pomoci rodičům od státu. Teoretická část definuje autismus, historický vývoj, diagnostiku, jednotlivé poruchy autistického spektra a pomoc rodinám od státu. V praktické části zjišťujeme pomocí dotazníku vztahy v rodině, potřeby rodičů a jejich informovanost a formy pomoci od státu. Součástí praktické části jsou tři kazuistické studie autistických dětí. Výsledky šetření ukazují, že diagnóza autismu ovlivňuje podstatnou měrou vztahy v rodině, na malou informovanost rodičů od odborné veřejnosti a na nedostatečnou pomoc od státu pro rodiče s autistickým dítětem.This dissertation deals with the current situation in families with autistic children, needs of parents and their awareness and with help they can acquire from the state. The theoretical section defines autism, historical development, diagnosis, individual autistic spectrum disorders and support for families from the state. The practical section monitors relationships in families, needs of parents and their knowledge and the forms of assistance from the state through questionnaires. The practical section also includes three case studies of autistic children. The survey results show that a diagnosis of autism significantly affects family relationships and indicate a lack of knowledge of the parents from scientific community and unsatisfactory assistance for the families with autistic children from the state.
