Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou makrosomie plodu a ultrazvukovou diagnostikou, která přispívá k jejímu odhalení. Cílem práce je zjistit přesnost ultrazvukové diagnostiky v odhadu hmotnosti hypertrofických plodů. Smyslem teoretické části práce je shrnutí rizikových faktorů, které přispívají k nadměrnému růstu plodu, nastínění možností k odhalení hypertrofie a uvedení strategie ukončení těhotenství v těchto případech. Pozornost je věnována také historii a fyzikálním principům ultrazvuku, zejména však jeho využití v prenatální diagnostice, která zahrnuje detekci plodové hypertrofie. Těžištěm praktické části bakalářské práce je zjištění přítomnosti některých rizikových faktorů po stanovení diagnózy makrosomie a určení velikosti chyby ultrazvukového odhadu hmotnosti u hypertrofických plodů.Bachelor thesis considers fetal macrosiomia and its ultrasound diagnostics. The aim of this thesis is to determine the accuracy of ultrasound diagnostics used to estimate the weight of hypertrophic fetus. Theoretic part of this thesis summarises risk factors, which contribute to excessive growth of fetus, presents possibilities of detection of hypertrophia and introduces strategy of pregnancy termination in these cases. The attention is paid as well as to history and physical principles of ultrasound diagnostic and especially to its application in prenatal diagnostics, which includes detection of fetal hypertrophia. The main tasks of the practical part of this bachelor thesis are to detect, if there are present any of risk factors in cases with confirmed diagnosis of macrosomia, and to determine, how big the mistake of ultrasound estimation of fetal weight is.
