Bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnostikou onemocnění močových cest pomocí zobrazovacích metod po akutní pyelonefritidě. Jejím obsahem je retrospektivní zhodnocení nálezů na ultrazvuku a mikční cystouretrografii u souboru 154 dětí ve věku 0-5 let po akutní pyelonefritidě. Těžištěm práce je srovnání výskytu vezikoureterálního refluxu dle použití jednotlivých zobrazovacích metod a korelace mezi nimi. Tato práce je příspěvkem k zamyšlení nad celkovým přínosem samotného ultrazvukového vyšetření k predikci vezikoureterálního refluxu.Thesis deals with the diagnosis of diseasse of urinary tract imaging after acute pyelonephritis. It talks about retrospective evaluation of the results of ultrasound scanning and Voiding Cystourethrograms taken from the files of 154 children aged between 0-5 years after undergoing acute pyelonephritis. The center point of the thesis is the comparison of vesicourethral reflux levels by using different screening methods and the correlation between them. This work is aimed at highlighting the overall benefit of ultrasound alone in predicting vesicourethral reflux.
