Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jedním z nejčastějších nádorových onemocnění, rakovinou prsní žlázy. V dnešní době je léčba velmi propracovaná a dává pacientkám a jejich lékařům nebývalé možnosti v boji proti této chorobě. I přes tyto skutečnosti mohou být ženy touto léčbou poškozovány. V této práci byly sledovány pacientky, které byly léčeny v letech 2003, 2004 a 2005 na Onkologické klinice Fakultní nemocnice Olomouc. Byly posuzovány pozdní změny po radioterapii a četnost lokálních recidiv.This thesis deals with one of the most common cancer occurrences, breast cancer. In this modern age the treatment of this sickness is very effective and gives patients and their physicians an unprecedented ability to combat this disease. Despite this fact, women may still be harmed by this treatment. For this work we collected data from the files of patients who were treated in 2003, 2004 and 2005, at the Oncology Clinic in the University Hospital of Olomouc. Using this data we then assessed both delayed changes after radiotherapy, and the frequency of local recurrences.
