Tato práce se zabývá analýzou narativní struktury filmu Luise Bu?uela Zločinný život Archibalda de la Cruz. Je zaměřena na jednotlivé složky filmového vyprávění (události, čas, fokalizace, postavy, prostředí), které jsou popsány a interpretovány s ohledem na jejich funkce v celkové kompozici díla. Vyprávěcí postupy užité v tomto filmu jsou porovnávány s jinými Bu?uelovými snimky z mexického období a jsou zkoumány v souvislosti s mírou svobody, kterou režisér disponoval při práci na jednotlivých filmech.This diploma thesis presents the analysis of narrative structure of Luis Bu?uel´s film The Criminal Life of Archibaldo de la Cruz. Thesis is focused on individual components of the film´s narrative, including events, time, focalization, figures and space. These components are described and interpreted with the regard to their function in the overall composition of the piece. The storytelling processes used in this movie are compared to others films from Bu?uel's mexican era, and they are examined in relation to the degree of freedom which the director had during the work on individuals films.
