Prostřednictvím internetu lze velmi usnadnit orientaci v problematice zdravotního postižení. Internet stal jedním z nejvíce rozšířených médií, zabývám se tedy otázkou, do jaké míry je možné využít jeho potenciálu v oblasti speciální pedagogiky a umožnit tak zdravotně postiženým jedincům kvalitní a komplexní poradenské služby. Úvod teoretické části je zaměřen na obecnější popis speciálně pedagogického poradenství, následuje vymezení samotného termínu internetového poradenství včetně popisu jednotlivých forem tohoto typu poradenství. Závěr teoretické části je věnován přehledu jednotlivých webových stránek zaměřených na jednotlivé typy zdravotního postižení. Jednou z hlavních otázek, je zodpovědět dotaz, zda je mezi odborníky tato forma poradenství přijímána či je na ni pohlíženo spíše odmítavě. Reakce na tuto problematiku uvádím v praktické části práce, kde je provedena analýza dotazníkového šetření, která byla provedena mezi pracovníky speciálně pedagogických center po celé České republice. Lze říci, že přestože je internet mezi pracovníky využíván ke každodenní činnosti, internetové poradenství si své místo mezi odborníky teprve vytváří a stále je více mezi profesionály upřednostňován klasický způsob zprostředkování poradenských služeb prostřednictvím osobního kontaktu či telefonickým způsobem.Using the Internet is much easier in orientation, disability. Conclusion The theoretical part is devoted to an overview of Web sites aimed at different types of disability. One of the main questions is to answer the question whether this form of the experts advice is accepted or regarded it rather dismissively. Responses to this issue I mention in the practical part, which is an analysis of survey that was conducted among workers of special education centers throughout the Czech Republic. We can say that although the Internet is used by the staff of daily activities, internet consulting their place among the professionals still in the making and still more among professionals preferred the classical method of procurement of consultancy services through personal contact or telephone manner.
