Bakalářská práce se zabývá mapováním problémů a kompetencí sebepéče pacientů s onemocněním systémový lupus erytematodes (SLE). Pomocí teorie deficitu sebepéče dle D. E. Oremové byla sestavena situační potřeba pacientů se SLE. Na základě zjištěných problémů a rozpracovaných kompetencí byl vytvořen dotazník, který po-mohl ověřit, a přiblížit závažnost problémů u pacientů se sytémovým lupus erytemato-des léčených na III. interní klinice v FN Olomouc. Práce se také snaží odpovědět na otázku, zda pacienti postiženi lupus erytematodes jsou schopni adekvátní péče o sebe sama v oblasti znalosti o onemocnění, v oblasti komplikací nemoci a v oblasti farma-kologické a nefarmakologické léčby.This bachelor?s thesis deal with mapping of problems and competences of self care of patient?s with system lupus erytematodes (SLE) disease. With support of self care deficit theory according to D. E. Orem was compiled situational demand of SLE pa-tients. On the basis of established problems and semi finished competences was a questionnaire completed. The tool helped to evaluate and approach the seriousness of problems by patients with SLE treated on III. internal clinic in FN Olomouc. The the-sis is also trying to give us an answer on question, if the patients afflicted by lupus erytematodes are able of adequate self care and if they are for this care enough in-formed in disease knowledge, disease complications and pharmacological and non pharmacological treatment area.
