Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím teorie deficitu sebepéče u pacientů po implantaci kardiostimulátoru. Výzkumné setření si pokládá otázku: ?Jaké potřeby sebepéče mají tito pacienti a jaká je informovanost pacientů o režimových opatřeních a komplikacích spojených s touto metodou léčby?? Průzkum srovnává informace od dvou skupin pacientů a to z Fakultní nemocnice Olomouc a Krajské nemocnice Tomáše Baťi ve Zlíně, které byly získány metodou rozhovorů. Na základě těchto údajů byly navrženy kompetence sebepéče a vytvořen edukační materiál nazvaný ?Můj kardiostimulátor. Co bych měl o něm ještě vědět??The bachelor thesis deals with the use of self-care deficit theory according to D. E. Orem about patiens with primeimplantacion of a Pagemaker. This research raises the question: "What self-care needs do these patients have and what is their acquitance with the routine measures and complications associated with this method of treatment?" The survey compares information aqacquired from two groups of patiens. One from the Faculty Hospital in Olomouc and the other from The Regional Hospital of Tomas Bata in Zlin. The data were obtained by the method of interview. Based on these data self-care skills have been designed and an educational material called ?My pacemaker and what should I know about it? has been created.
